Convert website into app

I want to run different web apps as an application on my desktop. I want a main profile for general browsing and separate profiles for websites that I need to save log in inforamtion, such as Pihole, email, syncthing.

I am using Brave but works with Chrome too.

Set up a new chrome profile, i.e. email. Then navigate to your email site. On the hambuger menu, choose more options, then create shortcut.

Name the application and check "open as window".

This will look like an installed app in your start menu. Make sure you opened the website through the desired profile to prevent cache/cookie deletion.
