This means that you cannot rebuild and repair archive because more than 2 parts are either damaged or parts are missing.

Example error:

[Fatal]: Too many parts have data corruption; therefore unable to reconstruct data

Resolution

Missing: You are unable to rebuild in current state. Ensure all parts are within the same directory.

Fail: There may be corruption with one of the parts. You are able to tolerate 2 damaged files, but anymore results in the inability to restore. If downloaded, try to download missing parts again, or restore from backup. There is no ability to repair broken parts.
