Deb package

Recommended methods for debian/ubuntu distros.

Download the compiled binary package.

From a graphical interface, right-click and choose Install

From command line, type:

dpkg --install ark.deb

Binary

Before you can use the binary, you need to make it executable. Use command:

chmod +x ark

Then, copy to bin directory:

cp -a ark /bin

Test this worked:

ark

You should be greeted with the wizard.
