Trading212 is an excellent broker to keep your stocks protected in an ISA wrapper with no fees. I use mine to keep my stocks and cash-like investments.

I keep cash and bonds just in case my emergency fund is depleted so I have fund available should a market down turn occur. My self-invested pension contain 100% stocks.
